§ 7. Voting places; voter qualifications.

  • No person shall be entitled to vote at the election of the mayor and councilmembers or at any election held in said city for municipal purposes, unless he shall be an elector of the State of North Carolina and shall have resided for ninety (90) days next preceding the day of election within the said corporation.
