§ 15. Oath of mayor, councilmembers and school committeemen.

  • That the mayor and councilmembers-elect shall, at the first meeting of the council in December after the election, before some notary public in said county, take the oath prescribed for public officers, and an oath that they will faithfully and impartially discharge the duties imposed upon them by law.
