§ 44-109. Declaration.

Whenever the water supply of the City of Shelby's public water system is low or declining due to conditions which may adversely affect the continued availability of water for human consumption, sanitation, health and fire protection, it may become necessary to declare a water shortage and implement conservation requirements under the standards set forth below.
