§ 32-32. Members.

(a)

The parks and recreation commission shall be composed of ten members appointed by the city council for terms of three years each and who shall serve without compensation. Vacancies in the commission shall be filled for the unexpired term by the city council.

(b)

The commission shall appoint a chair and such other officers as may be deemed necessary for the conduct of its business and shall adopt rules and regulations to govern its procedures.
