§ 2-51. Regular.

In accordance with G.S. 160A-71, the regular time of meeting for the Shelby City Council is hereby revised and modified to provide that the city council will hold its regular monthly meetings at 6:00 p.m. as follows:
First Monday of each month—Regular meeting at city hall council chamber.

Third Monday of each month—Regular meeting at city hall council chamber.

The council may, but shall not be required to, meet on both the first Monday night and the third Monday night of each month, as it may elect.
