§ 10-103. Revocation.

The city specifically retains the right to revoke or suspend a sidewalk cafe permit any time it deems such revocation to be in the best interest of the public health, safety or welfare, or where the permittee has failed to comply with applicable city requirements or is found to have provided false or misleading information in the permit application.
