§ 18. Certificate of occupancy.

No land, structure or building shall be used or occupied until a certificate of occupancy shall have been issued by the building inspector, stating that the proposed use thereof complies with the provisions of this ordinance. A record of all certificates shall be kept on file in the office of the building inspector, and copies shall be furnished, on request, to any person entitled to same.
