§ 15. Penalties.

Each violation of this ordinance or of any regulation, order or ruling promulgated hereunder shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $50.00 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both such fine and imprisonment, and each day a violation continues shall be a separate offense.
